> Tee Times: starting at 4:40 pm (5 staggered times to 5:30 pm)

> Registration Cost: $75; includes 9 holes of golf, shared power cart, range balls, $10 food voucher, prizes

> Format:  4 player best ball; teams will be created as equitable as possible 

RSVP:

1) Deadline: Sept 13 (Sunday) by 8:00 pm; please e-transfer $75 registration fee to myself at (cell: 587-591-4321) by Sept 13 to complete registration

2) Eligible Players:  any OSLC members, family & friends; will be inviting GSLC (contact: Kendall Austin), St Mathias Anglican Church, & Spirit West United Church

3) Non Golfers/ Supper: welcome to join us for supper starting around 6:40 pm - please advise by Sept 13 (6:00 pm) for booking purposes
